Rotorua Aquatic Centre Redevelopment
The Rotorua Aquatic Centre Redevelopment commenced late 2022, and is now in full swing. The project will see an extensive upgrade to the main pool hall, front of house and change facilities, to support the previously upgraded outdoor 50m pool area. Completion expected in the first half of 2024. Main Contractor: Naylor Love. Project Management: Veros
Temuka Community Pool
The Temuka pool upgrade was completed at the end of 2020 for the Timaru District Council. The pool received a new Myrtha renovaction system, and a new layout creating a 25m lap pool, LTS pool and toddlers area, plus supporting filtration & treatment upgrades.
Kaikōura Aquatic Centre
Construction works commenced on the new Kaikōura Aquatic Centre in September 2020. CMT Group are progressing well with construction expected to be completed mid 2021.

New Botany Town Centre ETFE Canopy Roof for AMP Capital - completed late 2019
Located in Auckland, New Zealand, the Botany Town Centre, one of the largest regional shopping destinations has received a new breathtaking Texlon® ETFE upgrade. The Botany Town Center is now versatile from day to night as a safe family friendly environment for those working, living or enjoying leisurely hours in the area - Vector Foiltec.
Specialist design by CREATE in collaboration with Vector Foiltec and Ignite, and lead contractor Naylor Love. Received the NZ Commercial Project Awards 2020 Gold Award.

Waiau Community Pool opened February 2019

Waipawa (Central Hawkes Bay) Pool Upgrade completed March 2019
Council and the Community have successfully fundraised to complete the stage 1 pool upgrades; to create a new lane pool and learn to swim pool both with ramp access, and supporting filtration and treatment.
