About Us
CREATE is a specialist multi-disciplinary design practice of Architects and Engineers, offering a wide spectrum of consultancy services to clients across New Zealand and Australia.
We take pride in delivering innovative tailored design solutions that respond directly to a client brief. We strive to add value by employing our breadth of knowledge and holistic approach across all design disciplines to ensure aesthetics, performance and budget are met.
Technical Experts & Collaborators: Our Team poses technical expertise in aquatics, ETFE, timber design, building performance, screw piles. We offer stand-alone lead design services to either specialist contractors or clients looking for a holistic approach. We also work in collaboration with established Design Teams to broaden the depth of knowledge and mitigate risk.
Design in Reverse. We understand materials, the supply chain, the market and employ effective construction techniques to inform design from the outset. This rational approach ensure designs are economic and buildable.
We apply thorough understanding of the relationships between structural, mechanical and building façade systems to create buildings that enhance user experience, reduce lifecycle and operational costs and provide value for money.
Our policy and passion is to actively pursue sustainability and energy efficiency within all designs and appropriate to the context of any brief. Energy efficiency, through passive systems and heat recovery, reduction of wastage, maximizing recycling, and water conservation are considered wherever practical.
At the end of it we are down to earth and adaptable and enjoy working for clients on projects at any scale.
CREATE have established a great reputation in the industry and continue to take great pride in continuing to receive referrals and recommendations for work.
