CREATE were commissioned following a competitive RFP process to act as lead consultants and multidisciplinary designers for the proposed upgrade of the hydrotherapy pool at the Blind and Low Vision Education Network New Zealand (BLENNZ) Homai Campus, Auckland. CREATE was to work alongside the Client appointed Project Manager, Nexus Property Consultants, and independent cost control and quantity surveyors, Rawlinsons.

Multiuse Warm Pool 5m x 25m with soft walk floor provides a warm water pool at 32degC at a depth from 900mm to 1.6m. The pool is accessed via a ramp and a ceiling hoist.
Learners Pool 12m x 5m with soft walk floor provides a warm water pool at 32degC at a depth from 700mm to 950mm. The pool is accessed via a ramp and a ceiling hoist.
New accessible and universal change rooms specific to special care needs of the students along with a general boys and girls change area.
Separate multiuse gym room with accessible change.
